Payments are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Product Delivery
Orders are shipped via Regular Airmail and do not require a signature upon delivery. If your shipment is delayed or not received within the expected timeframe, please open a support ticket at iron-daddy.to to request tracking assistance.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Europe: 5–14 days
If your package is not received within 30 days and you have not received a seizure letter, please contact us for further guidance.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders that require multiple parcels will be shipped one per day..
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of payment confirmation. To cancel, submit a a request on the support email. Cancellations requested outside this window cannot be guaranteed.

All purchases are made under a “No Return, No Refund” policy. Customers are also responsible for:
- Shipping and handling costs
- Customs duties

Once the product leaves our facility, all risks associated with delivery (including customs seizures) fall solely on the buyer.
Liability Disclaimer
Roid-it.com is not liable for:
- Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Discreet packaging causing unreturnable shipments
- Losses from postal service errors
- Seized orders (except where reship terms apply)
- Damaged packages unless improper packaging is proven with clear photo evidence
Important Notice
In the case of customs seizure, we offer one free reship to a new shipping address.
Note: We do not reship to the following countries due to strict customs:- Norway
- Denmark
- Finland
- Sweden
Customers from these regions order at their own risk.
Claims & Refund Policy
If your order is not delivered within:
50 business days (international) and no customs seizure letter is received, contact us for assistance.
Refunds are not provided. In case of incorrect or defective orders, we will offer replacements after return verification.
Reship Policy
Reships are granted only if:
- A seizure letter and envelope photo are provided
- Tracking shows no updates after 50 days and seizure is unconfirmed
The customer must also:
- Provide a new, unused shipping address (we do not ship to previously used addresses in such cases)
Customer Responsibilities
All sales are final. Roid-it.com is not responsible for:
- Shipping address errors by the customer
- Postal handling issues
- Lost, stolen, or damaged items (replacements may be offered at our discretion with valid proof)
International Duty Laws
Customers are responsible for confirming the legality of online pharmaceutical purchases in their country. Roid-it.com does not accept liability for shipments blocked by local customs regulations.
